Questions, answered
Is MealMatrix free to use?
The app is free for members. You only pay for the meals you order; your mess operator sets the prices and applicable GST.
Do you store my card or UPI details?
No. All payments run through Razorpay's secure hosted checkout. MealMatrix never sees or stores your card number, UPI handle, CVV, or banking credentials.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the counter rejects or you cancel an order in time, the amount is credited straight back to your wallet. See the refund terms in our Terms & Conditions.
Is there home delivery?
Orders are for pickup at the facility counter. MealMatrix is prepaid and pickup-first, which keeps it fast and queue-free.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More → Privacy → Delete account. You can review the impact, confirm, and cancel within the window before it completes. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Who can sign up?
Members of a mess or cafeteria that uses MealMatrix, aged 18 or older. You'll confirm your date of birth at registration.
